SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or holidays.

After your order has completed it's processing stage it will then be shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS.

Crown’d Extensions is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to contact USPS and file a claim.

Crown’d Extensions does not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered and/or are listed as “untraceable”.

Due to COVID-19, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances please place orders weeks in advance so products will be received on time and there is no delays. Thank you!
