RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To return item(s) the following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

⁃ Hair must be unworn & unused
⁃ Hair must be in original packaging
⁃ Hair must not be unwrapped
⁃ Hair must not be washed, dyed, cut, plucked, brushed and/or combed.


The outcome of the exchange will be based upon the vendor discretion rather the complaint is valid. Please note exchanges can take 30-45 business days.

If you are approved, We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange and can send the package back to you at your expense.


You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged
