Q: HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?

A: In order to achieve the full look, it is suggested that when styling you use:

• 3 bundles for 14”-26”
• 4+ bundles for 30” and above.
Each bundle weighs approximately 3.5 ounces. Remember the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.

Q: ARE THERE ANY CURRENT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19?

A: Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, please expect possible delays with order processing and shipping.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

A: All orders placed after 4:30pm EST, orders placed over the weekends and on Federal Holidays will begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday – Friday and excludes Federal Holidays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed during promotional sales and Federal Holidays may take 5-10 days for processing. We are not responsible for late delivers due to natural disasters, weather delays, or delivery carrier delays.
